BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (HONS) MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

The Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Mechanical Engineering is truly of international standard as it is offered in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Students graduating from this program have a wide range of knowledge and skills, which enables them to successfully pursue many different careers.

The program has a generic core with specialisation in three main areas:

• Computer-aided Engineering and Design
• Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy
• Industrial Aerodynamics and Computational Fluid Dynamics

This degree also aims to improve personal and interpersonal skills through a curriculum that includes work modules on experimentation, industrial visits, design activities, computing applications and metal forming and cutting processes.

Professional Recognition
The degree is accredited and satisfies the requirements of The Institute of Engineers, Australia and Singapore Institute of Engineers. Corporate Membership may subsequently be gained after a period of approved professional experience.
